Shipping and Returns

Shipping Info:

 We offer free shipping to most countries, however there are a few countries we do not currently ship to - if you'd like to request that your country be added then please contact us via the "Contact Us" page!

 
Delivery Time:
Generally, our shipping takes 2 weeks (14 days) to deliver to most places, however customs [rarely] hold items for up to a month and a half to make sure packages are safe to ship. We aim to process all orders within 2-4 working days, so please allow this time after your order before contacting us about your shipment.
 
Tracking:
You will automatically receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. You can track it on the "Tracking" page. If you placed an order and didn't receive any emails updates, let us know on our "Contact Us" page, we will be sure to give you an update! Check out our policy page on information about packages lost in transit, or errors from the shipping company. 
 
Returns:
We have a 100% money back guarantee! This means that as long as your order hasn't been processed yet - you are able to contact us for a refund. If however, we have processed your order, we unfortuntely will not be able to process a refund as the product is out of our hands at that point. If you would like more details, let us know on our "Contact Us" page! If the shipping company somehow loses your package, or is late at delivering - please contact us about it using our support email address found below.
